We use GSuite by Google. All email we receive passes through Google Mail, and all data associated with email such as your email address and any headers are stored by Google. In addition we use Google Drive to store spreadsheets and other documents which may include your name and email address.
Your name, email address, approximated location at city level (based on GeoIP) and browser vendor & version are stored in Intercom. Intercom powers our live chat and customer support, and all emails sent to email@example.com are also stored in Intercom. Intercom may enrich your profile with publicly available contact and social information, but this information is not provided by us.
Email sent to firstname.lastname@example.org is stored in Help Scout, an email support platform. They store all data associated with email sent to this address, such as your email address and any headers.
Any questionnaire you fill out runs on Typeform. It will store all the data you enter yourself, plus whether you use a desktop/laptop computer, a smartphone or a tablet device. We use this information so we can present questionnaires in the format best suited for your device.
We use Autopilot to send you automated (lifecycle) emails and to track which pages you have visited. By tracking your visits, we can limit the amount of irrelevant email we send to you. For signed in customers, we do not track page visits. If we don’t know your email address, your visits will be tracked under “Anonymous User”.
We use Hotjar to analyze how you use our website. It creates heat maps of where website visitors scroll and move their mouse pointer within our website. In addition, it stores the visitor’s country and characteristics about devices, such as screen dimensions. Recordings are not linked to any personal data that can be used to identify an individual.
If you’re a paying customer, your credit card data, name, (office) address and email address are securely stored and processed by our payment provider Stripe. We can see this information, though credit card data is limited to the expiry date and the last four digits of your card. We cannot see your credit card number or CVC (Card Verification Code).
We use Moneybird to keep our books, and it’s what we use to generate, send and archive invoices we send you. In order to do that, we store your billing contact information in Moneybird (name, billing address and email address).
We use SparkPost to send transactional email to customers, such as notifications about errors and performance issues. To do this, we provide them with your email address whenever such an email is sent.
We will solely share your personal data where you have given us your explicit consent hereto, or where this is necessary for the performance of a contract, a legal obligation or for legitimate interests of AppSignal, or where we are obliged to disclose your personal data on the basis of a request by or order of a competent authority.
